Day 1 – Journey into the Amazon

Depart from Iquitos to Nauta by private transportation. Travel by boat to the reserve, admire the meeting of the Marañón and Ucayali rivers, and explore the Yanayacu Pucate area in search of pink and gray river dolphins. Enjoy a nighttime canoe excursion to spot caimans.

Day 2 – Wildlife and Jungle Exploration

Start with early morning birdwatching, followed by a guided rainforest hike to discover medicinal plants, giant Lupuna trees, and wildlife. Experience traditional piranha fishing, enjoy a beautiful Amazon sunset, and take a night walk to discover nocturnal creatures.

Day 3 – Conservation and Return to Iquitos

Visit the 20 de Enero community to learn about local conservation projects, including turtle protection. Explore areas with giant Victoria Amazonica water lilies before returning to Nauta and Iquitos.
