    1. Reservations & Confirmation

    A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment or the agreed deposit has been received.
    By confirming the reservation, the passenger automatically accepts these Terms and Conditions.
    All reservations are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational factors inherent to the Amazon region.

    2. Payments

    Prices are per person and may vary depending on season or group size.
    Any outstanding balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
    Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation with no right to refund.

    3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED under any circumstances for the following reasons:

    • Voluntary cancellation by the passenger

    • No-show

    • Delays that prevent partial or full participation in the tour

    • Abandonment of the tour after it has begun

    • Personal decision to discontinue the program

    • Subjective dissatisfaction or personal perception of the service (“I didn’t like the tour”)

    In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, river level changes, decisions by authorities, SERNANP restrictions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond the company’s control), no refunds will be provided. However, the itinerary may be:

    • Modified

    • Rescheduled

    • Partially adjusted

    Always prioritizing passenger safety.

    Unused services during the tour are non-refundable.

    4. Itinerary Changes

    The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, river levels, logistics, safety reasons, or official authority instructions.
    Such changes do not constitute a breach of service and do not entitle the passenger to any refund or compensation.

    5. Passenger Responsibility

    The passenger declares to be in adequate physical and health condition to participate in jungle activities.
    Passengers must inform the company in advance of any medical conditions, illnesses, or allergies.
    Failure to comply with guide instructions or safety rules releases the company from all liability.

    6. Safety & Risks

    Activities take place in a natural and wild environment with inherent risks.
    The company is not responsible for accidents resulting from passenger negligence or imprudence.
    Passengers are strongly advised to have travel insurance (not included).

    7. Luggage & Personal Belongings

    Passengers are fully responsible for their personal belongings.
    The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

    8. Minors

    Minors must travel accompanied by a responsible adult, who assumes full responsibility during the tour.

    9. Conduct & Conservation

    Passengers must show absolute respect for local communities, wildlife, flora, and conservation regulations.
    Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion from the tour without refund.

    10. Acceptance of Terms

    By making a reservation or payment, the passenger confirms having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
